PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The apprenticeship model has been tested and proven for thousands of years. This is why we believe our apprentices should earn while they learn. Our training is led with hands-on, high-repetition installations in our training facility, working on live systems.
Apprentices learn by watching and doing. Classroom time and the code book are then brought in to understand topics at a deeper level. This ensures engagement and increases subject retention. We introduce each plumbing system at a first-principles level so graduates have a solid foundation they can apply to commercial or residential plumbing. Our goal is to teach our apprentices how to think and seek information — skills that will take them a long way.
High-repetition installations on live systems. Learn by watching, then doing — not sitting in a classroom.
$13/hr from day one. We invest in you because the apprenticeship model works.
Every plumbing system taught from the ground up. Build a foundation that applies to commercial or residential work.
Our graduates enter the workforce with the experience of a 6–12 month apprentice — without the schooling debt.
TRAINING FACILITY
Our San Antonio facility is purpose-built for hands-on plumbing training. Elevated platforms with live systems, mobile work stations, and manufacturer equipment.
