No inflated overhead. No bloated salaries. At TPC, your donation goes directly to training, tools, and launching young people into plumbing careers. Dollar for dollar, this is one of the highest-impact workforce investments you can make.
Too many programs lose donations to administrative bloat, inflated staff salaries, and overhead that never reaches the people it’s supposed to help. TPC operates differently.
We run lean. Our training is led by a retired master plumber with four generations in the trade. Our facility was built collaboratively with industry partners donating materials and labor. When you give to TPC, your money goes where it matters — to tool kits, training materials, facility costs, and directly supporting apprentices through six weeks of intensive hands-on education.

Every tier directly funds apprentice training. TPC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit — all donations are tax-deductible.
